	He has various branches.
	He has a major problem of not knowing the stock that is available in one branch.
	As a result when there is stock in one branch,  the other branch without knowing about that spend money again and buy the same stock
	As a result unnecessary expenses are incurred and resulting in loss to the company

Solution:

	All the branches are connected via the web based erp software
	Any stock being purchased is first has to be approved by HO
	Ho when an Indent is created , checks with other branch stock online .
	If there is stock available and its idle in other branch, the same is immediately transferred to the other branch –thus avoiding double purchase

Vehicle/ Heavy machinery management

	When there are Vehicles standing idle in one branch
	Other branches hire the same vehicles without knowing that there are idle vehicles in other branch
	There is big loss to company as “hire charges increase”
	Some time the vehicles/heavy machinery “break down” due to the overlooking of the periodical maintenance./ neglect of periodical change of worn out spares.
	Various vehicles  have several dates for greasing, spares changing etc

Solution

	Nissi has created a module called “Vehicle maintenance/heavy machinery maintenance software” – web based
	Software informs the management which vechiles are in use on any given dates
	Which Vehicles are idle
	Before hiring any Vehicles, staff have to get prior approval from management
	Based on the information, the management decides which vehicles to be used where
	Thus avoiding great loss of hire charges
	The dates of greasing, the dates of changing spares are automatically given as "alert" to staff
	They are able to take corrective action, plan it all in advance to take preventive maintenance
